I'm all for it. Love the extra daylight. I agree that it would be an energy savr since many would be less apt to turn on their lights and such in the late afternoon and early evening.

Except that by November does it make any difference? I guess October will make sense but November it will be dark early regardless.
What time is it getting dark there right now? The sun is settng here after 8:00. I don't recall it staying light that late in the evening this early in the year in Ohio. Also in the fall, it stays light a little longer here than it does in Ohio. Earliest it gets dark here is about 5:30-6:00, even in the dead of winter.
